Brewlette.. nah we're really doing it this time
The game will have every card from 2 to 10 and two each of the jack, queen, king, and Ace. The spinner landing on any of the face cards or ace will mark the start of a skill based mini- game where you can win sip chips. The special mini games will be... you will not be able to bet on the face cards since they will be a mini game involving all the players
rolling chip, chip flip toss, chip slide, 3-point pong ball bounce
ACE: 3-point pong ball bounce: Each player gets a turn to bounce 5 pong balls into a solo cup. The player that gets the highest number of pong balls into the cup gets 10 chips.
Adding to the idea of the board: we're going to put quotes such as "Don't spill beer, that's alcohol abuse" and "Drink responsibly" around the board
Game box comes with a small dealer hat; maybe burger king crown or poker visor

brewlette maybe
We don't want to get too stuck on a single idea, but its really difficult to get away from a design once we've discussed it for an entire lab session. we want to make a betting based game but are having trouble making a game that isn't a roulette knock off with betting incorporated. we want to include the idea of chance and have it be an entertaining game for drinkers and non drinkers alike.
As the lab session went on we've figured out some mini games that would include some skill aspects. skill aspects are especially fun considering its a drinking game and skill should decrease as you play!
We went ahead and ordered game pieces online to start play testing it. We're going to use miniature cards and a spinner in game play.

Brewlette...maybe?
We haven't decided on a real game yet, we are thinking about a roulette based drinking game involving cards in a circle, chips, booze, and a table. this is still very much an open topic and we plan on discussing other ideas through email. well start a google docs so we can talk and stuff? for class, if its a drinking game we're going to bring in o'douls which tastes like beer kind of. we need to develop more ideas, possibly mini games inside the games so it would be fun for drinkers and non drinkers(lol)
